The heavy duty double walled inner box is laid
with polyurethane foam at the contact areas avoiding the horns to contact the
inner box directly.
|
The wood multi-cellular is carefully placed in
the inner box and makes contact only at the foam pads, softly
holding the horns in place. |
 |
 |
The inner box is closed and sealed with high
quality tape then more polyurethane foam is glued at the corners.
|
The inner box is placed inside the heavy duty outer
box, creating with the foams at the corners a "floating" inner
box, with plenty of space between both boxes making contact only at the corners
where the highest strength of the boxes is located, resulting in a high
protective shipping enclosure. |
| Then
the outtter box is closed and sealed with the same high quality
shipping tape, addressed and warning lables installed.. |
No shipping peanuts or any other fillings are used between
the boxes avoiding transferring any destructive forces to the inner box.
The foam pads act as shock absorbers. |
